Contact
We read every message. The fastest way to reach us is email, and we aim to reply within two business days.
Email us
The address is hello@reviewcatalog.com. That’s the only channel we run right now. There’s no phone, no chat widget, no contact form that throws your message into a void. One inbox, one person reading it. Subject lines like “Correction on the knee massager review” or “Review request: USB-C power bank” help us get to you faster.
What’s worth emailing about
- Corrections. Specs, prices, links, anything that’s drifted out of date. We update reviews within 30 days when a fact changes.
- Review requests. Tell us the product (a link to the AliExpress listing helps). We can’t promise we’ll cover it, but a real request from a real buyer goes higher in the queue than anything we’d find on our own.
- Reader experience. You bought something we reviewed and it held up, or it didn’t. Either way, we want to know. Reader reports feed straight into our 30-day update cycle.
- Press and business. Use the same address, put “Press” or “Business” in the subject line.
What we don’t do
No paid positive reviews. No sponsored “best of” placements. We don’t sell links. We don’t run a coupon program. If your email starts with “we’d love to send you a free unit in exchange for a positive write-up,” we will read it, say no, and possibly write about the offer instead.
Frequently asked
How long until I get a reply?
Two business days is our target and we hit it about 90% of the time. Friday afternoon emails sometimes get answered Monday morning. If a week has gone by with no reply, your message landed in spam. Resend with a slightly different subject line.
Can I get a discount code or coupon for AliExpress?
No. We don’t run a coupon program, and we don’t have private codes to share. Anything that looks like a “ReviewCatalog reader code” online is not from us. AliExpress runs its own seasonal sales (11.11, Black Friday, Choice Day) and those are the real discounts. We sometimes flag them in reviews when they’re worth waiting for.
Do you accept review pitches from sellers?
Reader pitches, yes. Seller pitches, no. If you’re a seller hoping to get your product in front of buyers, the honest path is to make a product that scores 80+ on our rubric and let buyers find it. We’ve turned down dozens of “free unit for coverage” offers and we’ll keep doing it. If you write to us anyway, please don’t take it personally when we say no.
I had a refund or shipping issue with my AliExpress order. Can you help?
We can’t intervene between you and a seller. AliExpress has a built-in Buyer Protection process, and that’s the right channel: open a dispute through your order page, attach photos, and escalate if the seller stalls. We can sometimes point you at a specific seller’s pattern (some are slow to respond, some refund quickly) if we’ve covered them, but the actual refund has to go through the platform.
Can I leave a comment on a review without emailing?
Yes. Every review has open comments and a Q&A section. We moderate to keep spam out but we don’t delete negative feedback. If you disagree with our verdict, that’s part of what other buyers want to read.
